Restaurant Opening

We successfully launched Niño Gordo in Wynwood, Miami, marking the first U.S. outpost of the rebellious Asian-fusion grill from Buenos Aires. Known for its high-voltage design and bold flavors, Niño Gordo entered the Miami market with a strategically layered PR campaign that included influencer and media outreach, a high-profile opening night party, ongoing media and influencer tastings and brand-building collaborations.

Results

205+ editorial and social placements generating over 195 million impressions in publications such as Eater, The Infatuation, Time Out, Deco Drive, NBC6, Modern Luxury Miami and Miami New Times among others.

Exclusive opening feature in the Miami Herald, with a full-length profile and interview with co-founder highlighting Niño Gordo’s origins, concept, and design ethos.

40+ media and influencer dines, resulting in authentic, high-impact content across Instagram, TikTok, and editorial outlets. Key contributors included @TheNaughtyFork, @MiamiFoodPorn, @TheHungryPost, @MaxEatsMiami, and @EatItMIA.
