We partnered with Brian Lewis, Chef and Owner of Full House Hospitality Group, to expand his visibility beyond Connecticut and position him as one of the Northeast’s most compelling culinary voices. Through acclaimed restaurant concepts including The Cottage and OKO, Chef Lewis had built a devoted following and strong regional reputation. Our objective was to translate that momentum into national recognition while elevating his standing within the broader culinary industry.

Our strategy centered on amplifying Lewis’ story as both a chef and restaurateur—spotlighting his leadership of Full House Hospitality Group, his ingredient-driven cooking philosophy, and his growing influence on the Northeast dining scene. Through targeted national media outreach and strategic editorial positioning, we aligned key media opportunities with industry recognition and awards visibility to elevate both the chef and his restaurant portfolio.

James Beard Award Nomination – Chef Brian Lewis was named a 2025 James Beard Awards Nominee for Best Chef: Northeast.

Top-Tier Media Coverage – Secured 350+ placements across national and regional outlets, including two segments on The Today Show and editorial features in leading publications such as Forbes, Food & Wine, Eater, The Infatuation, Westport Journal, Connecticut Magazine, among others.
